Baker County Fair & Rodeo in Halfway

EVENT SCHEDULE  (see the website for complete details)

• Free Cowboy Breakfast at the Cook Shack, Saturday, 7 to 10 a.m. Sponsored by Safeway – all are welcome!
• ICA Rodeo action starts on Saturday at 7:00 p.m. (Pre-Rodeo at 6:00) and continues Sunday at 7:00 p.m. (Pre-Rodeo at 6:30) and Monday at 2:30 p.m. (Pre-Rodeo at 2:00 p.m., which includes mutton busting, bucking ponies and The Faith Riders). 
• The Ranch Style Bronc Riding is a favorite event here, as well as the Mule Races that will take place during the rodeo performances.
• The Idaho Cowboy Association events feature some of the top cowboys in the Pacific Northwest competing in the Championship Rodeo season. 
• Throughout the weekend Livestock Showmanship and Confirmation classes are held in the Pavilion. Sunday is the Round Robin Champion Showmanship contest. Everyone is welcome to come cheer on these hard-working youths throughout the weekend!
• Youth Dances are held Saturday and Sunday evenings at 9 p.m., at the Pine Valley Grange Hall. 
• Scott Wilson is performing live music for the adult dance following the rodeo Saturday, at 9 p.m., on the Midway. Cowboy food and adult beverages will be available.  More music, dancing and fun Sunday, after the rodeo, on the Midway.
• Cowboy Church, Sunday, 10 a.m., on the Midway.
• A Team Roping Jackpot will be held 10 a.m., Sunday.
• The Pie & Buckle Auction is Sunday, at 4 p.m.
• A Junior Livestock Auction is held at 9 a.m., Monday. For information on supporting the 4-H, FFA, and open youth by purchasing a market animal please contact Krischele Whitnah.
• The Parade makes its way down Main Street at 12:30 p.m., Monday, with lineup at 11:30 a.m.
