Beginning Ballet 1 for Ages 6-9

Beginning Ballet 1 Ballet for Ages 6-9 with no prior Classical Ballet dance experience Instructor: Debbie Friedman Start date: Tuesdays March 5th (6 weeks once a week) Time: 4:15 Pm- 5:15 pm Location: Upstairs Studio Students need to wear a basic leotard, tights and shoes. Dance skirts are welcome but not required. Minimum number of students: 5 Max # of Students: 10 Cost: $30.00 for members/ $45.00 for nonmembers Course Description: We will twirl, jump and soar and have a lot of fun doing it! This beginner class will focus on very beginning classical ballet technique- positions and movements for students who love to dance but do not know the basics- with luck, we will be able to put together some simple but lovely combinations NOTE: Yes, Class will be held during Spring Break.
