Capitol Christmas Tree event

Get a good start on the holiday season and see the tree that will be placed at the United States Capitol building in Washington, D.C. The Capitol Christmas Tree will be stopping on it's way through Baker City. We will share exact details as they become available, but The Wallowa-Whitman National Forest is planning an event on Friday, November 8^th, at the Baker County Fairgrounds. The tree is making its journey all the way across the country from the Tongass National Forest in Alaska.
