Lodmell Cellars Wine Dinner at the Geiser Grand Hotel
Before dinner, join founder/owner Kristi Lodmell in Wine Bingo, a fun wine class at 5pm. Then at 7pm, Enjoy a five-course meal with Kristi Lodmell, of the fabled Walla Walla winery.
1st course: Steak Pot Pie, served with 2015 Merlot
2nd course: Seafood Stew, served with 2017 Sauvignon Blanc
3rd course: Iceberg Wedge with house-made bleu cheese dressing, served with Sublime-Red Blend
Main course: Entrée - Certified Angus Prime Rib, medium. Best of the local ranches, aged 30 days, marinated and smoked in house. Served with 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon
5th course: Whiskey Bread Pudding, served with 1905 (2014 Port) Walla Walla Red Dessert Wine
