911 Reserve Dispatcher

The position of Reserve Dispatcher performs call intake and dispatch of emergency service providers, answers emergency telephone calls for assistance, and appropriates emergency personnel and equipment. Gives emergency medical instruction until assistance arrives. Enters incidents and case data into computer files, processes citations and forwards to appropriate court. Assists the public in person and by telephone.
