We’re looking for an experienced professional—no training necessary. Everyone has things to learn but proficiency in standard industry operations is a must. At TTS, you don't work for us—you work with us. We have been established since 1980 and are a family-owned, multi-generational business. We take tree work seriously but have a blast while doing so. That being said, we don’t have room for big egos or bad attitudes. We're looking at expanding our company, yet only if we have the right men or women to do it with. - Experience as a climber and bucket truck operator.
- Experience managing a crew or crews.
- A basic understanding of tree health and ailments.
- If not already certified, you must exhibit the knowledge, skills, and desire to become ISA certified. Certification must happen within 4 months of the applicant’s start date. We will help with the cost of this, as well as the cost of any other related continued education the applicant becomes interested in; we value continued growth in the industry and the right match will too.
